All unapportioned grazing rights in the West Nesting Common Grazings are not for sale. All the croft land is being registered in the new Crofting Register. Each area of land will have available for sale the entitlements pertaining to it.


Details of the land quality of each field is available from Mr Johnson on request. Each area of land will have available for sale the entitlements (LFA / CAP or Single Farm Payment) pertaining to it.


The purple areas of land shown on the small scale plan (Marked as NFS) were formerly part of the Vidlin Farm but are being divided by the Crofting Commission into a separate croft which Mr Johnson is retaining. This comprises the area on the south-east side of the Vidlin junction and a smaller area on the north-west side of the Vidlin junction around his dwellinghouse and garden ground.


The Tenanted Apportionments shall require assignation of the tenancy subject approval of the Crofting Commission.
